In the heroic atmosphere of the historic March days, the entire Party, army and people of Da Nang City were excited and proud to organize activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang City (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2025), many residential areas in the city organized a National Day to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the Fatherland.
Speaking to congratulate the festival, Mr. Le Van Trung - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang expressed: "Coming to the National Day to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the Fatherland in An My residential area, An Hai Nam ward, I am very happy to see that our residential areas are changing day by day, the lives of the people are increasingly improved".
According to Mr. Le Van Trung, through annual evaluation, An My residential area has 3/3 residential groups achieving cultural residential groups, over 85% of households achieving the title of cultural families, mobilizing people to participate in all types of funds to achieve and exceed 100% of the plan assigned in the first months of the year and complete tasks in residential areas.
Self-management models have been built and maintained well by the people (such as the "2 no, 3 control" model); mobilizing funds to encourage learning and talent; donating fire extinguishers, protecting the environment...), contributing to the good implementation of building civilized urban areas, sustainable social security and poverty reduction work (up to now, the residential area has no poor households and only 5 near-poor households).
On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Hai Nam Ward also presented support capital for livelihoods and disadvantaged households in the area. Awarding gifts to express gratitude for the dedication and sacrifice of the Armed Forces Heroes in the residential area.
Within the framework of the Festival, the Residential Area also organizes folk games, exchanges, culture, arts and organizes intimate meals, aiming to promote the spirit of solidarity, cohesion, community sharing and responsibility among all classes of people; mobilizing people to join hands to build a civilized, livable city, building a self-managed, united, prosperous and happy Residential Area.
