Cao Bang - A section of Provincial Road 216 connecting Hoa An and Ha Quang districts is experiencing landslides.

On September 26, information from Hoa An District Police said that a section of Provincial Road 216 in Pac Gay hamlet, Hong Viet commune, Hoa An district, Cao Bang province (opposite Binh Long hydropower plant) is experiencing a very dangerous landslide from the hill to the road.

Hoa An District Police Department recommends that people choose other routes to travel to ensure safety.

It is known that in recent days, there has been no heavy rain in Cao Bang province, however, landslides still occur, so authorities are actively issuing notices to warn local people to be careful.

In addition to the above-mentioned provincial road 216, from September 7 to 10, on National Highways 34, 4A, 34B... and some provincial roads, there were up to 951 landslides.

These landslides caused the loss of both the negative and positive slopes and part of the road surface. Up to now, the remediation work is still ongoing.
