The working headquarters of the People's Council - People's Committee - National Assembly Delegation of Cao Bang province is considered one of the new highlights in local planning and architecture.
The project is built in the new administrative area of De Tham ward, Cao Bang city. The project is invested by the Cao Bang Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board, with a scale of 8 floors above ground, 1 underground floor, 1 attic, with a total floor area of about 16,660m2; in addition, there are auxiliary items such as guard house, reception area, security, gate, fence, garden, internal road. The total investment capital of the project is 365 billion VND.
Construction started in January 2023 and has now been completed, ready for handover and use.
On January 2, information from the investor's representative said that the most difficult and strictest system and standards at the project, fire prevention and fighting, have been accepted and the new headquarters is ready for operation.
Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee assessed that the project is one of the important and urgent projects of the locality, identified as a project to welcome the 20th Congress of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee.
As of January 2, the entire project has been completed, the exterior of the lobby and guardhouse have been built, the newly planted trees have taken root and grown well. The lighting system, ventilation fans, and air conditioners have also been installed.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Trieu Van Khoa (residing in Cao Bang city) shared: "We often exercise in this area and feel the beauty of the new headquarters, especially at night when there are bright LED lights that look modern."
