At the Lieu Tu Commune Public Administration Service Center, Can Tho City, people coming to do administrative procedures are not only enthusiastically supported, but also free relaxation on massage chairs while waiting their turn. The 2 seats were arranged by the commune government from socialized sources.
Ms. Lam Thi Kha Sa, residing in Lieu Tu commune, Can Tho city, said that she had come to the Center to make birth certificates for herself and her children. While waiting, she was introduced by the center staff and instructed to sit in a massage chair to relax.
"I find this service very good, especially for the elderly, it is often painful. Waiting for your turn if there are many people is also tiring, having a mat-ha to relax for 5-10 minutes is very convenient. In addition, the center also has air conditioners, a cool, comfortable space even though the number of people coming to do procedures is quite large," Ms. Kha shared.
Mr. Hong Minh Quyen, Deputy Director of the Public Administration Service Center of Lieu Tu Commune, Can Tho City, said that each day the unit receives over 50 administrative procedures, of which about 20 procedures are resolved and results returned on the same day. The center will arrange automatic Sequential Number machines, support free document photos for households in difficult circumstances or in need of additional documents.
"If people have some relevant documents, we will support photos on the spot, avoiding traveling many times, saving time and costs," said Mr. Quyen.
