imparting production knowledge to people
Born in Nghe An province, working in the Dak Lak plateau, the family of Mr. Pham Ngoc Vinh (born in 1976), in DlieYa commune, Krong Nang district, had many difficulties to make a living. For many consecutive years, Mr. Vinh's family has been a poor household in the commune.
Thanks to the support from the local government, Mr. Vinh has accessed plant varieties, farming techniques... through specialized training courses.

Currently, Mr. Vinh is contracted to grow 1 hectare of coffee. After submitting the output to the farm, each year, his family earns about 2.4 tons of green coffee beans, worth hundreds of millions of VND.
After completing his farming job, Mr. Vinh also took advantage of his time to work as a construction worker to increase his family's income.

Mr. Vinh shared: "The agricultural production skills training courses from the national target program are very practical. This has helped people improve production capacity, at the same time, convert outdated farming methods to effective models, contributing to stabilizing and improving life".
Thanks to those tireless efforts, Mr. Pham Ngoc Vinh's family has escaped poverty since the beginning of 2025.

Similarly, Mr. Y'Bhui Mlo is a poor household in Ea Ho commune with 7 children. With 6 soums of rice, the couple's income is not enough to cover their living expenses. In 2025, Mr. Y'Bhui Mlo was very happy to receive support for breeding cows from the commune government.
I am very grateful that the commune and district authorities have organized and opened training on breeding cows. Only when I joined this class did I know how to care for and help the cows develop and reproduc well to escape poverty sustainably, said Mr. Y Bhui Mlo.
People need to cherish learning opportunities
The above cases are clear evidence of the effectiveness of training courses and equipping agricultural and livestock production skills of authorities at all levels of Krong Nang district.
Thereby, promoting the people's internal strength, while having the companionship and support of local authorities. This is an important premise for Krong Nang district to continue to expand and concretize the goal of sustainable poverty reduction in ethnic minority areas in the coming years.

Mr. Vo Ta Ba (officer of the Livestock and Veterinary Station of Krong Nang district) is one of the people who regularly goes to the grassroots, trains skills, and takes care of livestock for the people.
In addition, Mr. Ba also has a lot of experience in teaching and imparting livestock farming experience in recent years to people in villages and hamlets of ethnic minorities with special difficulties.

Mr. Ba said that through training courses, breeding animals have a better understanding of the reproductive physiology of cows - an important foundation factor to help increase the breeding rate and improve the quality of breeds. The training sessions also create conditions for people to exchange and share difficulties and problems in the livestock farming process.
"Therefore, when participating in training courses, people need to cherish the opportunity to learn, actively absorb knowledge, research documents to apply in practice. This is the key to helping people increase their income, develop the economy and escape poverty sustainably, Mr. Ba emphasized.
