Self-inflicted accident, 2 Hai Phong teenagers injured and killed

    Hai Phong - On the morning of December 8, the Traffic Safety Committee of Hai Phong City informed about an accident that occurred on the same day, causing 2 casualties.

    Initial information, the accident occurred at around 1:30 a.m. on December 8, on National Highway 17B, passing through Village 5 Trang Due, Le Loi Commune, An Duong District, Hai Phong.

    Motorcycle with license plate 15-D1 137xx caused an accident. There were 2 people on the motorbike, N.D.M (born in 2011) and P.H.H (born in 2010, both residing in Truong Tho commune, An Lao district) traveling from An Duong town to Le Loi commune (the driver of the vehicle has not been identified).

    As a result, two victims were injured and taken to Viet Tiep Friendship Hospital for emergency treatment. At 7:30 a.m. the same day, N.D.M died.

    Currently, the case is being handled by the authorities according to the law.
