According to Ha Nam Provincial Police on December 5, after more than 1 month of implementing the peak plan to inspect and handle violations of traffic safety, public order, and urban order, Phu Ly City Police discovered and handled nearly 800 cases of traffic safety and urban order violations, imposing fines of nearly 2 billion VND.
Notably, the Traffic Police, Public Order Police, and Police of wards and communes in the area have recently increased their monitoring of the situation, patrolling, controlling, detecting, reminding, and strictly handling violations of traffic safety and public order, and preventing re-encroachment of roads and sidewalks.
In November 2024 alone, the Phu Ly City Police force detected and recorded nearly 800 cases, fined nearly 2 billion VND; revoked 330 driver's licenses; detained 149 vehicles; and handled 23 violations related to students.
In the coming time, Phu Ly City Police will continue to maintain and resolutely implement solutions to ensure traffic safety, public order, and urban order.
Thereby, promoting the dissemination of laws on traffic safety and order, public order, and urban order to all subjects, cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, students, and people in the area.
The authorities will continue to increase patrols and strictly handle the situation of parents transporting students after school, participating in traffic without helmets, teenagers and students driving without mirrors, driving at high speed, weaving, swerving, revving, and doing wheelies... affecting the social order in the area.
