    Thanh Hoa - The expressway section passing through Nong Cong district was congested for kilometers, in the direction from Thanh Hoa to Nghe An.

    At noon on April 30, many drivers traveling on the expressway through Nong Cong district, Thanh Hoa province said that by nearly 1:00 p.m. the same day, the expressway section through this district was experiencing prolonged congestion.

    According to many drivers, the expressway section is congested in the direction from Thanh Hoa to Nghe An, stretching about 5 to 7km, with a large number of vehicles.

    According to the representative of Traffic Police Team No. 3 and No. 4 - Road Expressway, on April 30, the traffic volume from the northern provinces to the Central provinces was quite large, causing some sections through Thanh Hoa and Nghe An provinces to be partially congested.

    Immediately after receiving the information, the Traffic Police force was present, guiding and regulating vehicles to direct traffic and relieve congestion.
