Initial information, the series of collisions occurred at around 8:15 p.m. on July 16, between a car and many other vehicles (including cars and motorbikes) on Nguyen Trac Street (Duong Noi Ward, Hanoi).
According to some people at the scene, the collision injured many people, including some seriously injured. debris from vehicles was scattered all over the road and sidewalk.
As soon as the accident occurred, the authorities quickly arrived to protect the scene and investigate the cause of the incident.
"The collision occurred between 3 cars and 1 motorbike. The unit was present to protect the scene and take the victims to the emergency room," said an officer of Road Traffic Police Team No. 7, Hanoi Traffic Police Department.
