At about 10 pm on May 24, on National Highway 5, in the direction of Hai Phong - Hanoi, at the foot of Big C overpass (Hai Duong ward, Hai Phong city), a traffic collision occurred between a motorbike and a car, injuring one person.
According to initial information from people at the scene, a motorbike traveling in the same direction suddenly crashed into the rear of a black 4-seater car. The strong collision caused the front handlebars of the motorbike to break, and the vehicle was heavily damaged.
The motorcyclist fell to the road, unconscious on the spot, with signs of bleeding on his legs and face. Immediately after the incident occurred, people around quickly provided support, and called functional forces and ambulances to the scene.

A few minutes later, medical staff arrived to give first aid to the victim. Police forces also appeared to protect the scene, regulate traffic and verify the cause of the incident.
According to records at the scene, after a while of medical care, the motorcyclist woke up. When asked by people, this person said his name was Nguyen Van Nghi, residing in Lai Khe commune, Hai Phong city, and said that he had gone to eat and drink with his teammates before.
The specific cause is being clarified by functional agencies.
