By noon on March 8, the authorities of District 8 had handled the scene of the collision between a car and a sports bicycle, causing 1 man to die on the spot.
Earlier, at around 8:00 a.m. the same day, people living on Nguyen Duy Street, Hung Phu Ward, District 8 heard a loud noise.
When they arrived to check, they discovered a man about 30 years old (identity unknown), wearing a blue shirt and blue pants riding a sports bicycle lying motionless on the road, dead; in front of him was a 7-seat car with signs of deformed and broken glass.
Immediately after receiving the report, the ward health force arrived at the scene to take the man to the morgue. The police are extracting the camera for investigation and clarification of the cause of the collision.
