Initial information, at around 7:00 a.m. on February 22, people living on Bach Dang Street, Tan Binh District heard a loud noise. When checking, people discovered a young man lying motionless on the road.
According to local residents, the young man collided strongly with a three-wheeled vehicle traveling in the opposite direction. At the scene, the victim's motorbike had a broken front end and was severely damaged. The victim suffered multiple injuries and died on the spot.
Through initial investigation, the victim was identified as Mr. H.H.P.L (born in 2000, from Vung Tau).
Immediately after receiving the report, Tan Binh District authorities quickly arrived at the scene to investigate and examine. A section of Bach Dang Street was also blocked to serve the investigation.
By noon of the same day, the investigation of the scene was completed. The victim's body was transferred to the morgue to serve the investigation.
The cause of the accident is currently being investigated by the authorities.
