On April 22, regarding the accident of a passenger bus picking up and dropping off about 20 students in Gia Lai province, Mr. Tran Thai Hoa - Head of Road Management Office 3.4 (under Road Management Area 3) said that at the location where the passenger bus was in trouble on National Highway 19, the construction unit had not yet installed guardrails.
According to Mr. Hoa, the image of the accident scene shows the passenger bus rushing to the other side of the road and falling onto a road leading to a house. This location is about 5m lower than the road surface.
