Da Nang - Navy Region 3 in 2025 has proactively responded to natural disasters, promptly supporting Central localities to overcome floods.

On December 2, in Da Nang, the Party Committee and Command of Naval Region 3 held a Military-Civilian Conference in 2025.

In 2025, the Party Committee, the Command of Region 3 and Party committees and commanders at all levels strictly comply with orders, resolutions and directives of superiors, lead and direct units to maintain good forces, means, order, and combat readiness regime (SSCD).

Manage and grasp the situation in the assigned sea areas; promptly advise and propose to the Party Committee and the Navy Command to handle situations correctly, avoid being passive or surprised, firmly protect sovereignty, maintain a peaceful and stable environment at sea.

Effectively carry out the task of preventing natural disasters and providing relief at sea, promptly supporting people to overcome the consequences of floods in the provinces and cities of Da Nang, Hue, Quang Ngai and Gia Lai.

Deploy many good models and creative ways to improve the quality of Party and political activities; ensure good logistics and technical work for the tasks.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Admiral Nguyen An Phong acknowledged and praised the achievements of Region 3 in 2025.

Deputy Admiral Nguyen An Phong noted: The Party Committee of Region 3 must always uphold the principle of leadership, care for building a team of qualified, capable, prestigious and responsible cadres for their work; effectively implement mass mobilization work, policies and Navy programs as a support for fishermen to go offshore to stick to the sea, fishermen's children's care activities and the "Quang Trung Campaign" to help the authorities and people of the South Central provinces soon stabilize their lives after the recent historic floods.

In 2026, the Party Committee and Command of Region 3 focus on leading and directing the entire Region to be vigilant, have high security and order, avoid being passive and surprised, firmly believe, overcome difficulties, strictly comply with orders, firmly protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.

Continuously improving the quality of training; creating a solid change in policy building, disciplinary management, ensuring safety and reforming military administration. Focus on building a Region that is strong in politics, ideology, ethics, organization and personnel, successfully completing all tasks.

At the conference, the Command of Region 3 launched an emulation movement to win in 2026 with the theme: "Solidarity, discipline, breakthrough, creativity, Determination to win".
