On February 5, Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 6 (Department 6 - Traffic Police Department) said it had learned of the incident of a car reversing on the highway and was coordinating with Nha Trang - Cam Lam Expressway Investment Company Limited (Son Hai Group) to inspect and handle the matter according to regulations.
Previously, a Facebook account named N.H posted a 12-second dashcam clip, recording a car reversing on the Nha Trang - Cam Lam highway.
Mr. N.H. (the person who posted the dashcam clip) said that he recorded the incident at 2:45 p.m. on February 4.
At this time, he was driving on the Nha Trang - Cam Lam highway (turning onto National Highway 27B) when he discovered a car with a Dong Nai license plate reversing.
Seeing a car reversing on the highway, Mr. H. slowed down and turned on his turn signal to avoid an accident.
After the dashcam clip was posted, many people expressed outrage and said that reversing on the highway is extremely dangerous.
