According to the reporter's investigation, the incident occurred on the morning of September 22 on DT 742, through Chanh Long quarter, Binh Duong ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
At that time, the vehicles were moving slowly. Although the road has two consecutive yellow lines (no turning around, no overtaking), cars with license plate 61K-130.56 still deliberately enter the lane in the opposite direction.
Not only that, the driver was determined not to reverse the car despite the advice of traffic participants. This obstructed other vehicles.
