According to the Prime Minister's direction, the inauguration ceremony of the 500kV Circuit 3 Line Project from Quang Trach (Quang Binh) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen) will take place on August 29.
The ceremony will be held live, starting at 8:30 a.m. August 29 in Hung Yen province and connecting online to bridge points in 8 provinces where the line passes through, including: Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Hai Duong, Hung Yen.
The inauguration ceremony is expected to be attended by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at the main bridge point of Hung Yen province, along with Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha at the Ha Tinh bridge point. Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long will attend the Thanh Hoa bridge.
Sharing with Lao Dong Newspaper about this important event, Mr. Mai Xuan Liem - Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Thanh Hoa province have tried very hard throughout the process. project implementation process and are very excited, waiting for the moment of inauguration of this important project.
According to Mr. Mai Xuan Liem, the important factor in completing the project is the efforts and consensus of the entire political system and people, and of all forces participating in the project.
"Determining ground preparation for construction forces is an important political task. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee regularly closely follow the progress, promptly resolve arising problems, and all even for important national projects" - Mr. Mai Xuan Liem said.
Also according to Mr. Liem, individual Do Trong Hung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Do Minh Tuan - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as well as himself have directly visited the field many times with sectors to listen and consider to make decisions at the scene, helping to ensure progress.
"We determined with local leaders that this is a key project for the country and also for the province. The way to do this is to increase the sense of responsibility and attach it to the personal responsibility of the leader" - Mr. Liem said.

The 500kV circuit 3 line project is an important part of the national energy infrastructure development plan. Completion of the project will help increase the power transmission capacity from the Central region to the North from 2,200MW to 5,000MW to solve the problem of electricity supply to the North, which is currently facing many difficulties and urgency.
In Thanh Hoa, the 500kV circuit 3 line has a total length of 131km, passing through 11 districts and towns in the province. In addition to the affected forest and agricultural land areas, Thanh Hoa province has 268 households whose residential land and houses are affected, of which more than 80 households are subject to resettlement.
With the spirit of "All for the 500kV circuit 3 line", Thanh Hoa province has implemented site clearance work well and handed over earlier than planned.
Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Mai Xuan Liem said that there are many reasons for the project's success, but one of the very important reasons is the consensus, impartial and wholehearted support of the people, especially in the area of land clearance.
"If the correct order and process of site clearance are followed, there will be many problems. However, in Thanh Hoa, no matter how much the proposal is proposed, people have high consensus, ready to leave their homes and hand over gardens and fields first to the Government. country for the construction unit to carry out and accept the following compensation procedures. That is the spirit of responsibility, the sentiment, and most of all, the spirit of patriotism and common responsibility for the national benefit" - Mr. Liem said.
Explaining this high consensus, Mr. Liem said that Thanh Hoa has done a good job of propaganda and advocacy so that people understand the importance and great significance of the project and voluntarily implement it.
The efforts of the leaders, from the Provincial Party Secretary to all levels, to go directly to the construction site, to the people, to encourage and explain to the people, is also a great encouragement to the people.
It is known that the Ministry of Home Affairs has been assigned to coordinate with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Vietnam Electricity Group to propose rewards for collectives and individuals with outstanding contributions during the project construction process, ensuring the Rewards were awarded in accordance with regulations at the Inauguration Ceremony.
Regarding this issue, Mr. Mai Xuan Liem - Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee proposed that if there is a certificate of merit, I hope the superiors will pay attention to the merits and great contributions of Thanh Hoa people.
500kV circuit 3 line component projects passing through Thanh Hoa have completed energization, such as: Thanh Hoa 500kV Transformer Station Project and connection line were energized on June 28; Nam Dinh 1 Thermal Power Plant - Thanh Hoa 500kV Line Project was completed on schedule as planned on June 30; The 500kV line project in the Quynh Luu - Thanh Hoa section was energized on August 19. Thus, up to now, the entire route through Thanh Hoa has been technically energized.
