At around 8:00 p.m. on November 12, at Km 654, National Highway 1, the traffic police promptly discovered a tractor-trailer with license plate 73C-035.xx, yellow background, pulling a semi-trailer with license plate 73R-001.xx, white background, driven by Phan Van Hung (born in 1992, residing in Dai Trach commune, Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province), a driver of Hai Son Mechanical Company, going in the opposite direction.
The authorities have drawn up a record of the driver's administrative violations for the following violations: driving in the wrong direction on a road with a no-entry-in-the-wrong-way sign, no driver's license; no vehicle registration; transporting oversized goods with a valid circulation permit, but the total external dimensions of the vehicle (after loading the goods) exceed the regulations in the circulation permit.
Record of administrative violation against Hai Son Mechanical Company Limited (business registration address at TDP 11, Dong Phu Ward, Dong Hoi City) for the error: Allowing an employee to drive a vehicle carrying goods with a valid circulation license, but the total external dimensions of the vehicle (after loading goods onto the vehicle) exceed the regulations in the circulation license.
The authorities have detained the violating vehicle for handling according to regulations.
