Regarding the information reported in the press about the ambulance carrying the actor to the press conference of the movie "am Duong Lo" on March 26 in District 3, at noon on March 27, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health said that the unit's Special Task Force had thoroughly researched the origin of this ambulance.

Ambulances with license plate 51B-330.80 are not on the list of ambulances of emergency transport support facilities licensed by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health.

However, this vehicle was identified by the Department of Health Inspectorate as one of the vehicles operating without a license by the unit on May 31, 2024 and was administratively sanctioned on June 28, 2024 through information detecting illegal advertising in cyberspace.

Phuoc Duc Emergency Company Limited (District 8) with Mr. Pham The Truong as legal representative is granted a business license for many industries, including the business of emergency transportation services and home health care services. The ambulance with license plate 51B-330.80 is one of the vehicles on the registration list of this company. After being discovered and fined, the company dissolved.

Another noteworthy information is that the ambulance with license plate 51B-330.80 of Mr. Pham The Truong but the license to use the vehicle's signal transmitter is given priority rights to Thai Loi Services Company Limited.

Look up the Business Portal of the Department of Finance, Thai Loi Services Company Limited was granted a business license for emergency services, supporting patient transportation. Currently, this company has been dissolved.

In addition, the Department of Health Inspectorate received unverified information that Phuoc Duc Emergency Company Limited had an agreement to lease an ambulance to 115 An Tam Company Limited. The Department of Health Inspectorate will verify and clarify this content.

As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on the evening of March 26, the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police, District 3 Residential Group worked with the ambulance driver to clarify the clip that went viral on social media recording the scene of the cast riding an ambulance honking at the film premiere event. Through verification, the incident occurred at 6:10 p.m. on March 26 on Cao Thang Street, Ward 2, District 3.

The ambulance driver, Bui Thanh Sang (born in 1983), drove an ambulance with license plate 51D-330.80, turning on the lights and the priority horn. However, the bus did not carry patients but a group of actors to attend the premiere of the film "am Duong Lo" by director Hoang Tuan Cuong.
