On December 23, information from the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Thanh Hoa Province Police said that at around 5:00 a.m. the same day, an accident occurred on Highway 513 (through Hai Ha Commune, Nghi Son Town). The tractor-trailer with license plate 37R-006.39 crashed into a house, the driver was trapped in the cabin.
Upon receiving the information, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police rescue force mobilized 10 officers and soldiers along with equipment and vehicles to the scene to deploy a rescue plan for the victims.
At the scene, after the accident, the car's cabin was deformed and the wall of the house collapsed. Immediately after, the authorities had to use a cutter to demolish the car's cabin area and bring the driver out safely.
