According to information from the authorities of Quang Ninh province, at around 8:10 a.m. on November 27, at Km 251+500 of National Highway 18, through village 6, Quang Chinh commune, Hai Ha district, a traffic accident occurred between a tractor-trailer and a motorbike traveling in the same direction.
The tractor-trailer with license plate 14H-035.XX was driven by Mr. Tran Van Th (born in 1982, residing in Cao Xanh ward, Ha Long city), traveling in the direction of Mong Cai - Ha Long. When reaching the above road section, the tractor-trailer collided with a motorbike with license plate 14N1-203.XX driven by Mr. Trac Van M (born in 1977, residing in Ha Trang Tay village, Dong Hai commune, Tien Yen district).
The strong collision caused Mr. M to fall under the tractor and die on the spot. The victim's motorbike was severely damaged.
After the accident, police quickly arrived to regulate traffic and protect the scene.
Hai Ha district police are investigating the cause of the incident.
