The accident occurred at 11:20 on April 25, when a truck with license plate 38C - 204.xx carrying frozen fish was traveling on the coastal road of Ha Tinh in the direction from Ky Anh town to Cam Xuyen district when it collided with a car at an intersection in Ky Khang commune.
The strong collision caused 2 badly damaged vehicles, 2 drivers of 2 cars were slightly injured. After the accident, the frozen trunk was exposed, about 1 ton of fish in the boxes on this truck poured into the grass on the road.
Discovering the accident, many local people worked together to help the driver of the refrigerated truck collect the fish bins to load onto another vehicle for transportation for consumption as originally calculated by the calculation roadmap.
