On the evening of December 26, the police of Thuan An city, Binh Duong province, were examining the scene to investigate the cause of the accident that left one person dead on the overpass at the 550 intersection.
The victim who died on the motorbike was identified as N.T.D (born in 1985, from Binh Thuan).
Initial information, at around 5:00 p.m. on December 26, a tanker truck with a license plate from Quang Ninh province was traveling on Highway 743 from Binh Duong to Ho Chi Minh City.
When the car reached the section passing through Thuan An city, it drove onto the overpass at the 550 intersection. While the car was running on the overpass, it collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. N.T.D.
The collision left Mr. N.T.D lying motionless on the road. Seeing the accident, people came to check and discovered that the victim had died. The incident was then reported to the authorities.
At the scene, the victim's body and motorbike were lying close to the railing of the overpass. Meanwhile, the tanker truck stopped at the foot of the overpass.
By 7:00 p.m. the same day, Thuan An City Police had completed the scene investigation and continued to investigate and clarify the cause of the accident.
