    Initial information, at 10:55 pm on April 16, at Km 100+500, Highway 279, in Khe Pan village, Son Thuy commune, Van Ban district, the car controlled 24A - 122.xx by Mr. Tran Van D (SN 1984, residing in Khanh Yen Thuong commune, Van Ban district) in the direction from Khanh Yen town to Tan Thuong commune, Van Ban district, touching the motorbike in the same way 1977, residing in Khe Ben 1 village, Tan Thuong commune) controlled.

    After that, the motorbike continued to collide with a control car to control 15h - 121.xx with a 15MR - 011.xx trailer (going in the opposite direction) by Mr. Vu Xuan Tr (SN 1992, residing in Phang village, Phin Ho commune, Nam Po district, Dien Bien province). As a result, the accident caused Ly Seo L to die at the scene.

    Immediately after the accident, functional forces were present to protect the scene, traffic flow and investigations clarify the cause.
