According to initial information, at more than 3:00 p.m. on March 17, a middle-aged male driver driving a 5-seat car on Nguyen An Ninh Street, from April 30 Street to Tran Phu, collided with a small truck carrying construction materials parked on the side of the road.
After being hit by a 5-seat car from behind, the small truck was pushed onto the sidewalk, the sign post broke, then crashed into the electric bicycle display area of 151 Nguyen An Ninh store, causing many electric bicycles and a motorbike to be caught under the ground.

Many people at the scene said that the 5-seat car driver got off the car in an unconscious state, smelling of beer and wine. Because they were worried that this person would continue driving the vehicle, people stopped the driver from getting on the vehicle and used stones to insert into the wheels.
