Initial information, at around 3:00 p.m. on April 28, at the underpass section of the turn to Bat Xat district and Kim Thanh international road border gate No. II (Lao Cai province), an accident occurred when a truck lost control and collided with the railing of the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway, falling to the foot of the underpass, injuring 3 people.
The three victims were identified as Chinese nationals, and their identities are unknown.
