Previously, at 8:37 a.m. at the TL359 opening point in Pham Ngu Lao ward, Thuy Nguyen city, a tractor-trailer driven by Mr. V.D.M (born in 1979, residing in Thuy Ha ward, Thuy Nguyen city) collided with Ms. N.T.T (born in 1958, residing in Tam Hung, Thuy Nguyen) riding a bicycle onto the road. As a result, Ms. T was injured and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. The initial cause was that the car driver did not pay attention.
