According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper at 8:30 am on October 18, Dai Loc Phat concrete mixer truck with license plate 60C-593.89 was traveling on Tan Thoi Hiep 21 Street towards Duong Thi Muoi Street (District 12 Hospital). Continuing to follow this concrete mixer truck, the reporter recorded that after a while, the tanker truck entered Tan Thoi Hiep 20 Street and stopped in front of a townhouse under construction to pour concrete.
At the townhouse under construction, in addition to the Dai Loc Phat concrete mixer truck with license plate 60C-593.89, the reporter also recorded another Dai Loc Phat truck with license plate 60LD-041.25 also stopping to pour concrete for this house.
Previously, in September 2024, Lao Dong Newspaper published an article "Concrete mixer truck causes traffic jam in front of school in Ho Chi Minh City", reflecting that Dai Loc Phat concrete mixer truck was circulating during rush hour, right when many schools were closing, causing traffic jams, making parents angry.
After Lao Dong Newspaper reported, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tuan Kiet - Chief of District 12 Police - assigned the Traffic Police Department to investigate. District 12 Police invited the driver and representative of Dai Loc Phat Company Limited to work. After verification, the authorities decided to fine the driver of Dai Loc Phat concrete mixer truck with license plate 60CD-000.42 VND 7.5 million and revoke his driver's license for 3 months.
The authorities also asked the representative of Dai Loc Phat Company Limited to sign a commitment not to let the company's drivers and vehicles re-offend in the area. However, later, on October 18, 2024, Dai Loc Phat's concrete mixer truck continued to operate in District 12 during the prohibited hours as noted above.
On the morning of October 19, speaking with Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tuan Kiet - Chief of District 12 Police - said that based on the images provided by Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, District 12 Police are verifying and considering handling the case of Dai Loc Phat concrete mixer truck re-offending in the area.
It is known that Dai Loc Phat Company Limited operates in the field of ready-mixed concrete. This company has many concrete mixing stations in Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Tay Ninh provinces.
