The People's Committee of Tran Hung Dao ward, Hung Yen province, has just organized coercion to force the implementation of remedial measures for 2 households violating land and construction order in the area.
The first case is the household of Mr. Nguyen Van Dang, in Dai Lai 2 residential group. Previously, local authorities had repeatedly propagated, mobilized, and requested the family to voluntarily dismantle the violating construction; and at the same time issued plans and coercive measures in accordance with legal procedures and regulations. However, the household has not fully implemented the remedy of consequences as required.
According to the determination, the violating area is 22.36m2, the violating construction is a level 4 house with corrugated iron roof, dimensions of 4.5m x 4.97m, at land plot No. 1059, map sheet No. 17 (Phu Xuan). Before the time of organizing coercion, the family had voluntarily dismantled the corrugated iron roof and walls built around the construction.
However, the foundation of the project has not been demolished, and the initial state of the land before the violation has not been restored. Therefore, the Ward Enforcement Board continues to implement the enforcement plan that has been approved to ensure strict implementation of the administrative violation penalty decision and the enforcement decision to force the implementation of remedial measures.
At the same time, the People's Committee of Tran Hung Dao ward also organized coercion to force the implementation of remedial measures for Mr. Nguyen Van Binh's household, in Vinh Gia residential group. This household has the act of building brick walls surrounding and surrounding the tomb area on rice land plot No. 1039, map sheet No. 16 (55 Phu Xuan), with a total violating area of 788.75m2.
The organization of coercion is carried out publicly, in accordance with procedures, ensuring security and order, safety for participating forces and people in the surrounding area.
