The People's Committee of Binh Giang district (Hai Duong province) has just issued a decision to fine Mr. Vu Dinh Hung, an officer working in Binh Giang district, 18 million VND.

Mr. Vu Dinh Hung violated 2 violations, including: driving while drunk, alcohol concentration in the breath below 50mg/100ml of blood; not going in the correct direction as prescribed, causing a traffic accident.

The People's Committee of Binh Giang district (Hai Duong province) also fined Mr. Do Van Tr and Mr. Kieu Thanh T (Ke Sat town, Binh Giang district, Hai Duong province). Both were fined 2.5 million VND for illegally setting up a tent within the road land.

Previously, at around 2:00 p.m. on December 31, 2024, a white car suddenly crashed into a funeral tent set up on the street of a house in Ke Sat town (Binh Giang district, Hai Duong province).

According to a local camera, a funeral tent was set up on the road. While everyone in the theater was sitting and chatting, a white car suddenly rushed forward, some people were hit by the car and fell onto the road.

Upon receiving the report, the Traffic Police of Binh Giang District Police and Ke Sat Town Police quickly arrived to investigate the cause, handle the accident, and regulate traffic.
