Throughout the New Year, sticking to the main power grid construction site in the South

On the first day of the new year 2026, on the construction site of many power grid projects invested by the Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC) from Dong Thap, Tay Ninh, Ca Mau to Lam Dong, Can Tho, An Giang, Vinh Long, Dong Nai... thousands of officials, engineers, and workers still maintained a continuous construction cycle, with the highest determination to bring the projects to completion on schedule, clearly showing the proactive spirit of "Power goes one step ahead".

At key projects such as line 2 Ninh Phuoc - Tuy Phong - Phan Ri; 110kV Tan Thanh line - 220kV Ham Tan 2 substation; project to renovate and increase the area of 110kV Da Nhim - 220kV Thap Cham line; 110kV Tan Tru substation, 110kV Hiep Thanh substation and connecting lines... the construction atmosphere is urgent, machinery and equipment operate throughout, the construction teams are deployed synchronously, showing the determination to accelerate early from the beginning of the year to create room to complete the whole year plan.

Accompanying workers, EVNSPC leaders also did not take Tet holidays. Right on the first day of the new year 2026, the Corporation's leaders directly went to the scene to inspect, direct and encourage the construction force.

In Can Tho City, Chairman of EVNSPC Member Council Le Van Trang directly inspected the construction progress and encouraged the construction force of the 110kV Tran De line - 220kV Soc Trang substation; Deputy General Director of EVNSPC Bui Quoc Hoan inspected the construction work, encouraged workers to construct during Tet of the projects: 110kV line - 220kV Thot Not substation - 110kV Thoi Lai substation, 110kV Co Do substation and 110kV Co Do substation connection.

On the same day, EVNSPC Member Banh Duc Hoai inspected and presented gifts to encourage workers constructing the Project to Renovate and increase the area of 110kV power lines at the 220kV Cao Lanh - Thap Muoi substation, the Project to Expose the 220kV Hong Ngu substation in Dong Thap province. Member Le Hoang Oanh inspected and encouraged workers constructing the Project to Build a new line connecting 110kV Phuoc Dong 5&6 substation (220kV Tay Ninh 2) - 220kV Phuoc Dong, 2 circuits", Tay Ninh province. EVNSPC Deputy General Director Dao Hoa Binh was present at many important projects in Lam Dong province, inspecting transmission lines and projects to renovate and increase the area of the 110kV power grid...

Through actual inspection, EVNSPC leaders acknowledged and praised the spirit of responsibility, dedication and unremitting efforts of the team of officials, engineers, and workers who put aside private matters and worked throughout the Tet holiday to ensure the progress of projects.

EVNSPC leaders also requested units to continue to promote proactiveness, strengthen close coordination between investors - consultants - contractors; flexibly remove difficulties and obstacles arising, not to be passive or slow in construction organization, ensuring progress and quality of projects.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Dung - Hanoi Power Construction Joint Stock Company, Team Leader of the Construction Team of the "110kV Power line - Thot Not 220kV Substation - Thoi Lai 110kV Substation" project - said: During the 2026 New Year holiday, the construction site still maintains a normal working schedule with about 50-60 personnel/day. Although it is hard and there are no holidays, the construction force during Tet is concerned and encouraged by the company's leaders in a timely manner and paid double salary, so the brothers are also excited and enthusiastic about working. Being visited and encouraged by EVNSPC leaders at the site, giving gifts, and further motivating us to try harder to bring the project to completion soon.

Throughout the 2026 New Year holiday, EVNSPC leaders also continued to closely monitor construction sites. On January 2, Member of the Board of Members Le Hoang Oanh inspected the 110kV Tan Tru substation and connection lines in Tay Ninh province. On January 3 and 4, Deputy General Director Lam Xuan Tuan inspected the 110kV Ngan Dua substation, 110kV Hiep Thanh substation and connection lines; and Member of the Board of Members Le Hoang Oanh inspected the 110kV Tan Thanh substation and connection lines in Tay Ninh province...
