The rearrangement of villages and residential groups is being urgently implemented by many localities across the country according to the direction of the Central Government and the Government. This is not only a step to streamline the apparatus, reduce the number of non-specialized personnel at the grassroots level, but also contributes to saving budget, creating more resources for socio-economic development investment, improving management efficiency and serving people.
