Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc signed and issued a decision stipulating standards and norms for specialized vehicles of agencies and units under the province's management. The decision takes effect from February 2025.
This Decision stipulates the standards and norms for the use of specialized automobiles (users, types, quantity, prices) of agencies, organizations, and units (excluding public service units that self-insure regular and investment expenses) under the management scope in Dong Nai province according to the provisions in Clauses 2, 3, 4 and 5, Article 16 of Decree No. 72/2023/ND-CP dated September 26, 2023 of the Government stipulating standards and norms for the use of automobiles.
The number of specialized cars according to this Decision is 283, of which, the Type I Driver Training and Testing Center is assigned 121 cars.

Agencies, organizations and units shall base on standards and norms to equip specialized vehicles for management and use in accordance with current regulations, promptly report to the Department of Finance to advise the Provincial People's Committee to adjust the type, quantity and price when there are changes to suit the reality and relevant regulations.
The Department of Finance organizes inspections of the purchase, management and use of specialized vehicles by agencies, organizations and units in the province, and advises the Provincial People's Committee to handle violations.
The State Treasury is responsible for controlling expenditures according to legal regulations and the norms issued in this Decision.
According to the introduction on the Dong Nai Department of Transport Information Portal, Dong Nai Type I Driver Training and Testing Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) is a public service unit under the Dong Nai Department of Transport, with the function of training and coordinating the organization of testing for granting road motor vehicle driving licenses according to the provisions of law.
