    Thai Binh - Below is a list of 43 vehicles that violated the Road Traffic Law in Thai Binh that were fined last week.

    On March 12, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Thai Binh Provincial Police said that during the week from March 5 to March 11, the unit recorded 43 cases of vehicles violating the Road Traffic Law being fined.
