    According to the latest updated list of fines in Hanoi and Thai Binh, there are a number of vehicles from provinces and cities in the South that have violated traffic safety and order.

    In Hanoi, the statistical report on violations from February 1, 2025 to February 28, 2025 of the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police shows that there were up to 492 vehicles violating the law, detected through the traffic surveillance camera system.

    Of which, 1 vehicle with a Ho Chi Minh City license plate number and 1 vehicle with a Dak Nong license plate number violated road traffic safety order in the capital Hanoi and were fined.

    In Thai Binh province, on March 12, the Traffic Police Department - Thai Binh Provincial Police said that during the week from March 5 to March 11, the unit recorded 43 cases of vehicles violating the Road Traffic Law being fined.

    Through patrols and inspections by the Traffic Police and Thai Binh Provincial Police, 40 vehicles were recorded violating speeding. Among them, there is 1 vehicle with a license plate number of Ho Chi Minh City.
