The first Ferrari 296 GTB in Vietnam was resold for 23 billion after 1 year

Thanh Vũ |

The first Ferrari 296 GTB in Vietnam has attracted attention when it was offered for sale at a price of 23 billion VND.

This Ferrari 296 GTB is less than a year old and has only been driven over 3,000 km.

The information about the car being offered for sale has received a lot of attention from the car enthusiast community. Many car enthusiasts prefer used cars not only because of the cheaper price, but also because of the preferential registration fee. When buying a new car, the owner has to pay a registration fee of up to 10%, while used cars only have to pay 2% for the transfer of ownership.

However, used cars are not always cheaper than new cars. This Ferrari 296 GTB is a typical example, with a resale price of 23 billion VND, higher than the genuine price of this car model of 21 billion VND.

The reason is that the price of the car does not include personalization options and on-road costs that can push the price of the car much higher. Moreover, customers who buy a new car may have to wait a long time for the car to arrive.

This 296 GTB was in the showroom for more than 8 months before finding a new owner. This is also the first Ferrari 296 GTB officially imported to Vietnam.

This model is the second Ferrari supercar to integrate a plug-in hybrid powertrain, after the SF90. With a price only half that of the SF90, the 296 GTB opens up easier access for supercar players.

The Ferrari 296 GTB has a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine, producing a maximum capacity of 654 horsepower at 8,000 rpm, combined with a 165-horsepower electric motor, for a total capacity of 819 horsepower.

The car is equipped with a 7.45 kWh high-voltage battery pack that allows for electric travel with a range of 25 km. The maximum speed of this supercar is up to more than 330 km/h, and the ability to accelerate from 0 - 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds. With impressive parameters, the Ferrari 296 GTB brings a powerful, sporty and modern performance experience to the owner.
