Lexus says the 2025 RZ will go on sale in the US later this year.
The new base model of the Lexus RZ is called the 300e, with a familiar design and standout features such as LED headlights, 18-inch wheels with a two-tone finish, and NuLuxe heated front seats with 10-way power adjustment.
The car also comes with an electric steering wheel, dual-zone climate control, and a 14-inch infotainment screen. Other amenities include wireless phone charging and a 10-speaker sound system.
Lexus also equips the RZ 300e with the Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 safety technology suite, including features such as: Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Tracing Assist, Lane Departure Warning with Steering Assist, Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, and Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross Traffic Alert.
In terms of performance, the Lexus RZ 300e is equipped with an electric motor, producing 201 horsepower and 265 Nm of torque.
The car can accelerate from 0-96 km/h in 7.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 159 km/h. The car's operating range is estimated to be up to 428 km per full charge.
