The People's Committee of Quang Ngai province signed an approval of the plan to arrange, arrange, and handle public assets when implementing the arrangement and reorganization of administrative units in the old Quang Ngai city. Accordingly, some communes are allowed to receive public cars.
Car assets: 18 units. Of which, shared cars (06 cars) and specialized cars (12 cars). The specifications according to Appendix 2 are as follows:


The Provincial People's Committee assigned the task that after completing the arrangement of commune-level administrative units, the People's Committees of communes (new) are responsible for arranging and using assets according to standards and norms for the use of public assets; implementing the management and use of public assets according to the provisions of law, ensuring savings and efficiency.
Prepare a report on the received assets, submit to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Finance) to decide to hand over the assets to the agency, organization, or unit for management and use.
Determine surplus assets (no longer needed to be used according to the new organizational structure) or those that must be handled according to the provisions of law on management and use of public assets to prepare a dossier to request handling, report to competent authorities and individuals for consideration and decision on handling according to regulations; do not let the situation of being left vacant, unused, used for the wrong purpose, or used ineffectively cause waste and loss.
Continue to implement the unfinished contents for assets that have been handled by competent authorities and individuals before the merger or consolidation, but by the time of the merger or consolidation, the handling has not been completed.
Conduct accounting for increase in assets, value of assets and register for declaration of changes in increase in assets according to regulations in the Law on Management and Use of Public Assets and Decrees of the Government guiding the Law on Management and Use of Public Assets ( promptly update data into public asset management software).
