The first McLaren GT supercar to return to Vietnam settles in Hanoi

The first McLaren GT supercar to arrive in Vietnam has just been transferred to a new owner in Hanoi.

In addition to a McLaren GT with a striking orange color, Hanoi car enthusiasts have also encountered another McLaren GT with a gray black appearance. There are currently only 2 McLaren GTs in Vietnam, both of which are present in the capital.

This gray black McLaren GT is actually the result of decal, while the original color of the car was white. The journey of this car to Vietnam is also full of surprises. Initially, the car was registered with a license plate in Can Tho, then the owner resold the car and moved the license plate to Ho Chi Minh City.

After a while, a showroom in Da Nang bought a car with the purpose of finding customers but was unsuccessful. Finally, the car returned to Ho Chi Minh City, before a Hanoian car enthusiast decided to own it.

In terms of design, the McLaren GT makes a strong impression with a system of colorful side-field LED headlights and horizontal LED taillights, typical of McLaren supercars. This Grand Touring version also has a unique butterfly door set, making getting in and out of the car easy and luxurious.

McLaren GT is not only attractive because of its appearance but also because of its comfortable space. The car is equipped with a 150-liter front luggage compartment and a rear luggage compartment with a capacity of up to 420 liters. A large vertical entertainment screen combined with a sophisticated design board creates a luxurious and modern space.

In terms of power, the McLaren GT has a 4.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V8 engine, producing a maximum capacity of 620 horsepower and a maximum torque of 630 Nm. This engine is combined with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, helping the car accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds before reaching a maximum speed of up to 326 km/h.
