In Vinh Phuc province, Vinh Phuc Provincial Police have announced the results of detection and handling of fines through the Traffic Surveillance Camera System.
Accordingly, from January 11, 2025 to January 25, 2025, through the Traffic Surveillance Camera System, Vinh Yen City Police detected and "coldly" punished cases of violations of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety.
The list includes 469 violations, including many vehicles with Hanoi license plates. These license plates all violated speeding and traffic light violations.


On January 20, the Bac Ninh Provincial Electronic Information Portal posted a list of vehicles that were fined in the province for the week from December 30, 2024 to January 5, 2025.
The list includes 523 vehicles, with common violations being: “Driving at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit”, “not obeying traffic lights” and “parking against the traffic flow of the lane”. Among them, many vehicles with Hanoi license plates violated the law.



In addition, on January 24, the Cao Bang Provincial Police website posted a notice of the results of detecting traffic violations through the Traffic Surveillance Camera System (from January 13, 2025 to January 22, 2025).
The list includes 7 cases of driving cars at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit; 2 cases of driving motorbikes at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit; 1 case of driving a motorbike not obeying traffic light signals.
One of them has a Hanoi City license plate 30E-768.94. This car violated at 4:58 a.m. on January 19, 2025 at Km 271 National Highway 3.
Cao Bang Provincial Police requested the violator to come to Cao Bang City Police Headquarters (No. 004, Hoang Nhu Street, Hop Giang Ward) to resolve according to regulations.
If the violator does not come to resolve the matter, the provincial police will coordinate with the local authorities where the vehicle owner resides, studies, works or has headquarters to handle the matter.
