Quang Binh - After Lao Dong Newspaper reported that candidates still took the driving test when storm No. 4 was approaching, the school will support the cost of retaking the test for students.

On October 1, a representative of the Department of Transport of Quang Binh province informed that after inspection, 8 students took the practical driving test during the weather affected by rain and wind during storm No. 4.

"The school has checked 40 failed exam cases with cameras, 8 students failed due to rain and wind, affected by storm No. 4. All 8 of these cases will be supported by the school to retake the exam" - said a representative of the Department of Transportation of Quang Binh province.

It is known that on the morning of September 19, 108 students took the driving test in the picture, of which 68 passed and 40 failed.

After statistics, failed candidates will be re-tested on October 3.

Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on September 19, Facebook posted an article related to the driving test for candidates at Binh Minh Quang Binh Vocational College (Vinh Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province).

Accordingly, on the morning of September 19, the weather at the school was heavy rain but the exam was still held.

After the article was published, many people disagreed with the organization of the exam in such bad weather. The fact that storm No. 4 is about to make landfall will affect the professional performance of the exam.

Due to heavy rain and strong winds, the practical exam was affected. Candidates could not see the rearview mirror, their vision was obstructed, while the time for the exam was limited, leading to many candidates failing. After failing, this person had to pay 350,000 VND for the re-examination fee.

A representative of Binh Minh Vocational College in Quang Binh confirmed that this amount of money was collected from students who failed the practical exam.
