On April 4, the Lao Dong newspaper published the article "The downtown area of the commune for 10 years of degradation in Thai Binh", reflecting the route right in the center of Chi Lang commune (Hung Ha district) for 10 years of serious degradation but has not been upgraded and repaired.
According to the people of Chi Lang commune, the road surface is peeling, the raw, with the asphalt section is completely lost, rugged with bricks and stones, many potholes in a row make people travel hard. Living on the degraded route, the sunny day and the rainy day and the rainy day is muddy and dirty. There are days, after the rain, the potholes of the muddy water lead to the travel of the people difficult. There have been a number of traffic collisions occurring on the route, causing people to be insecure.
Immediately after receiving the feedback from the Lao Dong newspaper, the People's Committee of Chi Lang commune inspected and organized leveling and filling the low -lying road position to temporarily overcome and serve the travel of the people.
At the same time, the People's Committee of Chi Lang commune issued Report No. 141/BC-UBND dated 15.4 to information about the reflection of the Lao Dong newspaper related to the communal center route was degraded.
According to the report, in February 2023, the People's Committee of Chi Lang commune made a report to the People's Committee of Hung Ha district interested in supporting the investment funding for construction of the upper road and approved the investment policy from the People's Committee of Chi Lang Commune through Chi Lang Primary School connected to the University Road71.
After the resolution of the People's Council of Hung Ha district, the district's consulting unit and the same locality on checking the status of the road to build design and technical drawings. Up to now, the project has not been implemented.
The report of the People's Committee of Chi Lang commune stated that this is an important road of the commune for the travel of the people and students of Chi Lang Primary School, and is also a linking road to the economic exchange area of the northeast communes of Hung Ha district with Dong Hung and Quynh Phu districts. Currently, the route has been seriously degraded, potentially traffic accidents for people and vehicles participating in traffic, especially students.
Facing the situation in the Party Committee, the People's Committee of Chi Lang Commune and the people in the commune expect the competent authorities to pay attention to create conditions for early allocation of capital and implement the project.
