The Ministry of Health has just sent an urgent dispatch to the Director of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Department of Health and the German Friendship Hospital on emergency care and treatment for victims of the traffic accident that occurred on April 26, 2025 in Tam Dao, Vinh Phuc.
According to press information, at about 9:15 a.m. on April 26, 2025, at Km19 of National Highway 2B (Ho Son commune, Tam Dao district, Vinh Phuc province), a serious traffic accident occurred: A passenger bus with license plate 29F-059.XX, traveling from Tam Dao town, suddenly lost its brakes and tilted.
The accident resulted in 3 deaths and 14 injuries, of which 3 cases were urgently transferred to the Vietnam-Germany Friendship Hospital.
To ensure emergency care and treatment for patients in the passenger bus overturning accident in Tam Dao, the Department of Health Examination and Treatment Management (Department of Medical Examination and Treatment) - Ministry of Health recommends that the Director of the Department of Health of Vinh Phuc province and the German Friendship Hospital:
Concentrate on medical staff, medicine, and equipment to promptly treat emergency cases, minimize the risk of death and minimize harm to patient health.
The Chairman proposed opinions and recommendations to the Ministry of Health to best ensure the emergency and treatment of people in traffic accidents.
The Vinh Phuc Provincial Department of Health directs medical examination and treatment facilities to closely coordinate with relevant professional facilities for medical examination and treatment at higher levels or to promptly transfer to higher levels if necessary.
