According to the conclusion of the Professional Council, pregnant woman Bui Thi Hang was admitted to the Emergency Department, Lam Dong Hospital 2 at 10:3 on April 21. Here, the mother was transferred by the doctor to the Obstetrics Department at 11:20 a.m. the same day.
At 12:20 on April 21, the mother was transferred for surgery. The professional council of Lam Dong Hospital 2 concluded: The procedure for welcoming pregnant woman Bui Thi Hang is in accordance with regulations. The attitude of medical staff during the reception, treatment, and care process is appropriate. Proper diagnosis and treatment.
Diagnosis of death: Monitoring the principle of fever/ postsurgical cesarean section (2nd, 37 weeks, 3 days)/monitoring viral infection fever.

Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, at around 10:00 a.m. on April 21, pregnant Hang was admitted to the hospital in a state of alertness, but had a fever and was 37 weeks pregnant.
After examination, the doctors determined that Ms. Hang had a fever of unknown cause and showed signs of acute fetal decomposition.
At 11:25, the doctors performed emergency surgery. The baby girl was born but no longer showed any signs of survival. Although the doctors tried to resuscitate him for 30 minutes, the child still did not survive.
Regarding pregnant woman Hang, by 1:40 p.m., her health had clearly deteriorated. The hospital has consulted with Cho Ray Hospital and Tu Du Hospital to find a treatment direction.
After the family agreed, the pregnant woman Hang was transferred to Cho Ray Hospital. However, during the move, she was in critical condition.
Despite being actively resuscitated, the pregnant woman Hang did not survive.
