Patient T.T. G. C, a bus company employee, was in critical condition, so he had inter-hospital consultation and stabilized vital signs before being transferred to Cho Ray Hospital in the afternoon of the same day.
According to Cho Ray Hospital, the patient suffered severe and complex multiple injuries, including IV degree splenic rupture, gallbladder fracture, spinal fracture, vertebral dislocation and paralysis of both legs...
After admission, Cho Ray Hospital organized consultations with many specialists to assess the lesions and develop appropriate treatment regimens. The patient is currently being monitored in the Department of Neurosurgery.

The incident caused 19 passengers to be taken to the hospital for emergency treatment and first aid at various levels, such as 3 people seriously injured, and the rest with minor injuries and scratches.
