At the location of the ulcer, there was a lot of edema and pus, the patient's body was thin and exhausted.

The patient was indicated for surgery to remove the necrotizing organization, clean and remove all the goji berries in the inflammatory abdomen, combined with antibiotic treatment, pain relief and nutritional intervention.
After surgery, the patient was stable, without fever, the surgical wound was dry, closed well, and the seeds were growing evenly. After the wound healed, the patient was transferred to the Mild Care Department for further treatment.
