The 70th Anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, February 27: "The epic of the White-clad Soldier"
On the evening of February 26, in Hanoi, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Ministry of Health solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Uncle Ho's Day sending a letter to doctors.
On February 27, 2015, amidst the congestion of the common work of the Party and the State, President Ho Chi Minh still had deep affection for the young health sector at that time. The person who sent the letter to the doctors urged the country's medical team to uphold the spirit of solidarity, create the strength of will and intelligence to overcome difficulties and hardships to fight for the country in victory. Those who inspire humanity, humanity, and compassion in the Vietnamese medical team must know how to value medicine and ethics, truly meaning "medical skills must come from the model".

Honoring 73 outstanding young doctors of Ho Chi Minh City
On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day, on the evening of February 26, the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union organized an exchange program "Lighting up the dreams of the medical youth" and honored outstanding individuals with the 9th Pham Ngoc Thach Award - 2025.
73 doctors, pharmacists, nurses and young health workers with solid expertise, dedication to the profession and outstanding achievements in people's health care have been awarded the 9th Pham Ngoc Thach Award, including: 19 Master's and Doctor; 48 doctors, 4 pharmacists, 6 nurses, 3 medical technicians, 2 engineers, 4 researchers and 6 officials performing health management work.
Building the largest K Hospital in the suburbs of Hanoi
Professor Le Van Quang - Director of K Hospital said that in the past time, the hospital has invested in professional aspects, upgrading equipment to serve the medical examination and treatment of people.
In particular, the hospital built a facility 4 in Huu Hoa commune, Thanh Tri district (Hanoi) with an area of 9.3 hectares. This will be a modern treatment facility with a proton radiotherapy system worth 4,200 billion VND.
In addition, the hospital continues to invest in purchasing and equipping modern medical equipment such as radiotherapy machines, PET/CT systems; SPECT/CT systems; 3.0 tesla resonance imaging systems; computer-based imaging machines (128 rows); one-sided digital digital circuit absorber; 4-way computer-based imaging machines with simulation functions; digital X-ray machines; endoscopy machines... to ensure medical examination and treatment.
In the coming time, the hospital will invest in building a 9-storey building at Tan Trieu facility for high-tech medical examination and treatment. See more
