Accordingly, in Decision No. 569 of the People's Committee of Dien Bien province, in the first phase of 2025, there were 75 cases of early retirement and 14 cases of termination of employment according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government.
This decision also clearly states that cases whose names are on the approved list will enjoy the regimes and policies according to regulations, ensuring full rights when leaving the state apparatus.
The implementation of staff streamlining according to Decree 178 not only aims to reduce the number of cadres, civil servants and public employees, but also creates conditions for agencies and units to restructure personnel in a more professional and effective direction. At the same time, to improve the quality of human resources, standardize the team of cadres and civil servants according to job positions.
The People's Committee of Dien Bien province also requested relevant agencies and units to provide maximum support to individuals subject to streamlining, helping them soon stabilize their lives after leaving the state sector. At the same time, continue to evaluate and review to implement the next streamlining phases.
