Previously, at around 4:00 p.m. on March 31, while working on fishing boat QNg 95255 TS near Thuyen Chai Island, Mr. Anh had a bottle falling on his head, leading to a short unconsciousness, dizziness, and bleeding in many areas of the head tops.
At noon on April 1, the fishermen were taken by fishing boat to Truong Sa Island Infirmary in a state of alertness and contact but still had a headache and dizziness. The doctor determined that the patient had a concussion, a 15cm long wound on the tibia, many foreign objects were stuck, and the bottom of the skull was exposed.

Immediately afterwards, the doctor took a X-ray of the skull, cleaned the wound, treated the emergency and monitored it meticulously. The patient's prognosis is at risk of wound infection and progressed brain damage.
The patient is currently being treated at the infirmary, closely monitoring his health status, vision and wound to ensure timely treatment when there are signs of abnormality.
