Border guards support finding people who drop wallets, helping to get back property

An Giang - Mr. Xuan (the wallet picker) reported to Linh Huynh Border Guard Station to get information to find the person who lost property to return.

On June 30, Linh Huynh Border Guard Station (Command of An Giang Provincial Border Guard Command) said that the unit had just organized the receipt of lost property from people.

Previously, at 5:15 pm on June 29, Mr. Chao Thanh Xuan (born 1965, residing in Hon Dat commune) was riding a motorbike from Huynh Son hamlet, Hon Dat commune towards Linh Huynh hamlet, Hon Dat commune, An Giang province when he picked up a wallet. Inside there were many papers and 3 million VND. Mr. Xuan reported to Linh Huynh Border Guard Station to get information to find the person who lost property to return.

By information and professional measures, the Border Guard force has notified households in the area.

On the morning of June 30, Mr. Nguyen Van Lem (born in 1981, residing in Hon Dat commune) came to identify and confirmed that the original state of the papers and the money inside his wallet were correct.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Quan - Deputy Head of Professional Affairs, Linh Huynh Border Guard Station and Mr. Chao Thanh Xuan proceeded to return the wallet to Mr. Nguyen Van Lem along with all assets as Mr. Lem identified.

Receiving the lost property back, Mr. Lem thanked the picker, Mr. Xuan, and the Border Guard force for helping him to receive it back.
